Your responsibilities

Searching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximizing client potential in designated regions. Develop long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements. Persuading clients, satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery. Negotiate tender and contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs. Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts. Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education. Analyze costs and sales. Prepare reports for the senior management. Meet sales targets and coordinate sales projects. Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events. Make technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs. Liaise with other members of the sales team and other technical experts.
Help in the design of custom-made products; providing training and producing support material for other members of the sales team.

Your profile

University degree in mechanical engineering. Excellent sales skills proven by a track record of sales experiences made over the past 5 years in similar branches.

Determine strategies  to move  sales forward, set goals, create and implement actions plans, and evaluate the process and results.

Set market activities:
Assess  market/regional developments. Identify chances, gather and process relevant client information, make recommendations and  convince clients about our product features and advantages about quality, reliability, ease of transport and installation and their low maintenance cost. Travel efficient and organized.

Your presentations are fluent in English and German language. You have the ability to work in cross-culture environment.
